I have attempted numerous times for customer service regarding a purchase I made. It started as a simple needing to change the credit card it was bought on for reasons of extending the manufacturer warranties but now has just made me want to return everything and not ever go back. I tried to change the card via phone with the local store and was on the phone for a total of 1 hour and 42 minutes and still never accomplished the change. I asked that the gm call me but never heard from him, went in to cancel the order and then couldn't becasue it had been delivered that day. All in all this experience has been very enlightening and given the lack of any service from the store or phone bank.

From what I understand, stores can only take credit card numbers over the phone when they are creating a new order for shipping or Store Pickup. If you need to change the method of payment on a purchase, you'd probably need to physically go into the store to swipe your new card(s) at a register. Since it sounds like your order has already been delivered, this would be considered an exchange and would need to be performed within your return period.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to share this experience with us. We know that things can happen, such as the wrong card being used as the form of payment, which is why we allow 30-minutes after the order is placed for any modifications to be made before we get started on getting the order fulfilled.
However, after that time has passed, it can be more difficult for any modifications to be made as we're working to get the product delivered as quickly as we can. It was never our intention for that to be an inconvenience, but we appreciate you letting us know how this impacted you.
As Sam15 mentioned, you would need to do an exchange within your Return & Exchange Promise if you would like to have this purchase put on to another form of payment at this point.
