Hello I've purchased a XFX - Speedster SWFT309 AMD Radeon RX 6700XT on Best Buy, the problem is I've paid with cash and I didn't keep the receipt. Now I'm trying to contact XFX warranty and I'm in need of it.

Is it possible for me to get a receipt even though I've paid with cash? I remember giving my name at the cashier.

Thank you for visiting our online community. I have a bad habit of not keeping track of my purchase receipts, and my husband is always telling me I should retain them. I’ve found myself in this position more times than I care to admit, so I understand you’d be requesting help locating proof of this transaction.

If you happen to recall where inside the store this transaction may have been tendered, or the approximate time, I can attempt narrow the search fields.
