I recently made an in-store purchase and ran into a rather large struggle. I Spent $289.42 before tax and instead of giving me a $25 gift card I got a $4.38 gift card. I used a 10% single item birthday coupon with this purchase because the $25 gift card promotion made NO mention of "cannot be combined with other offers". Instead of the system telling me this ahead of time, I spent several minutes with customer service trying to figure out what happened. We all agreed that since it was a one-time use code it would devalue everything if we were to attempt a return and rebuy as the code would likely not work a second time.
I would appreciate someone giving me some advice on how I can correct this or if anything can be done at this point. Even another code to use in store would be great or provide me with a $20.62 gift card to balance the one I already received. I'd even be willing to take it in reward zone points. I can provide the reciept code to analyze the situation.
I really wish the POS system would just pop-up with an error that offers cannot be comined or something so that I can figure out the best value possible. I could have spent more money too if I had known I'd be losing out on an additional $20.
Have a great day!

I consider myself a bit of an extreme couponing shopper myself, so I totally understand the confusion that can be caused when using multiple promo offers.
I would love to take a closer look at these promotions and see how we may be able to assist. Would you be able to send us a Private Message with more information?
