Promo purchase but promo wasn’t applied

I need help!!!!!!!!!!!
I specifically made a purchase based on promotion offered at Best Buy on an iPhone through Verizon. However it has been almost 9 months and I’ve still not gotten any resolution after making at least 15 calls
I have spoken to manager after manager.
one specifically, and by the end of the phone call I feel pretty confident he’s going to return my phone call the matter is going to get some kind of traction or resolution and either he doesn’t call me back or when he does call there’s no solution it’s just more I need to talk to this person or that person.
In our most recent conversation he decided to tell me that the manager of the store decided that the promotion that was offered at the time even though I was given the promotion and it wasn’t applied properly because it has taken so long and so much time is past there’s nothing they can do to correct the issue. So I am expected to spend an extra $500 on a phone that I Specifically chose the service provider and phone based on the promotion.

I genuinely do not understand why these people may choose to communicate between themselves and not return their called me. Or they give me false information. Or I am lied to. The most recent lie was about a gift card to be sent out to me for $100 Best Buy gift card to remedy any past error with the promotion and the promotion within be carried out fulfilled throughout my contract this was six months ago I’ve never received anything never got another phone call nothings been connected to my bill. So I’ve called again and again and again and again I don’t know what else to do other than to go into the store and straight up calls saying I’m tired of dealing with this nonsense I don’t understand how a promotion can be offered promotion is entered and yet not applied how is that even possible and how is it possible a manager cannot just do what they say they’re going to do to correct the issue. I have voluntarily given so many options to correct issues I have attempted to offer solutions. I just need one consistent person that has the ability and the authority to make decisions and follow them through.

I appreciate you taking the time to write us regarding your purchase! Typically, promotional offers are applied by the carrier and should be reflected on your statement depending on the offer. Getting a new phone is meant to be simple, and this does not seem to have been your case.
