Been buying from Best Buy for about 20 years... most years we purchased well above the level for platinum or the higher level that gave us 45 day returns. Had no idea it was no longer the case. There were years I spent 15k in your store easy...
We bought a Ring doorbell on 2/3/2023 and it arrived with a broken faceplate. Bought another 2/4/2023 and figured we would return the other later. Wife went today and they forced her to take a freaking gift card credit and told her we are now banned from returning for a freaking YEAR.
We will be buying all future stuff from amazon, costco, and anyone other than best buy.
Great customer service.

We have a $300 credit we have to spend with you due to this so it will be the last $300 you get from me. I seriously spent 15k in your store one year. And several years I spent above 5k. Seriously. Costco, Amazon anywhere is better than this.

Thanks for reaching out on the Forums' Community. I understand why you be upset with your recent return. You are correct, we did offer up to 45 days with our rewards program. That did change, all of rewards members were sent an email around February to April of 2022 explaining the changes that were going to occur in May of 2022. We updated our Return & Exchange Promises in store and on our website.

No thanks... No reason. Just saying goodbye. Looked at my history on BestBuy and I have spent over 100k there. Seriously One time I bought 10 laptops as gifts. Costco now gets all that.
