Product code not received and zero help from phone or store.

I purchased an AMD graphics card that had the offer for a free game bundle. I have not received the code. I've contacted the phone number multiple times and been given the run around. Requested a call back from the store. Only to not receive a call back. I need a straight answer on this. How do I receive my code? It's nearly $130 in value. I'm ready to return the GPU and buy it from another store at this point.
