We went in in january to have a phone line added and unlimited data added to our Verizon plan along with purchasing 2 new phones. A couple days later i noticed that we didnt have unlimited data, i thought ok maybe it just needs to wait until the billing cycle renews. NOPE.
When we went back to tell your guys that they didnt check the box to go from our old plan to a new unlimited data plan they blamed us. They helped us fill out a paper that stated what our old plan was and what our new plan was which included the unlimited data plan, as he was typing all the info into the computer and setting everything up we made sure that it was unlimited.
Now they wont admit it was their mistake and fix it, we will no longer give our money to a business that wont fix a mistake that they made. We like best buy, we even bought our washer and dryer from there but we will no longer purchase merchandise from this business if they wont work with us and help to figure out and fix this mistake.

Getting new phones is a big decision, so we appreciate that you came to us for this important purchase. That said, we know that getting the correct phone plan is also an important part of that, so it's discouraging to hear that didn't work out as planned.
