Problem with special order pc that I have not received

Purchased a special order cyber power pc through progressive leasing march 3rd signed the contract paid the down payment and had it shipped to the store. Item delayed so I called bestbuy to see what happened and they said it was at the store but for some reason they didn't update it as ready for pickup.
Went to store today March 17th and was told by the manager that one of the employees sold my pc to someone in store..

Now the store is telling me I have to cancel the order and re-order it?! I waited months to be able to buy this pc due to the ridiculous shortage. Now I have to cancel and wait for it to be available again?! This is fraud is it not?
I signed a contract tied to that specific pc and serial number to my order and now I'm just supposed to take my losses??
