Price quote

I called in asking about a phone that says activate today and recieve at the 119.99 sale price vs the 169.99 price if u buy and take with you... I specifically asked if having my metro pcs sim card traded over from my current phone would give me the activation today price in store. Told her exactly what my concern was and was told that they woukd take my sim card and sd card out and transfer from old to new phone and that would most defineatly be activation and I would get sale price... I live in Manteca and drove all the way at 230pm drive traffic taking 45min - 1hr because I was told I would recieve price for activation and was told specifics of what best buy would do to activate for me. I get here wait in line 10min for rep in cell phone to help me and was told no that I can't get sale price because of my phone service , which I specifically let them know when I called. So it takes me over a hour in drive time and standing in line time to be told no... Then spoke to a manager and explained my dilemma to him and asked if I could please get price I was quoted for over the phone and was told no that he couldnt reduce price . I am irrate that I wasted all my time in traffic and line to be told no to something I was told that I was told over the phone yes to. I wouldnt of taken the time or drive here if I was given the other information.... What can be done about this....
