Price match

Hi,
We bought the washer and dryer and it got delivered in the month of May. I raised a price match request within the time. They gave me reference number and said it will be credited within 1 billing cycle. After 2 months again I spoke to your agent, agent told I raise a request to backend team and they will credit within 4 days. Again today when I chat with your agent, they said it's got denied ,because it is not within the timeline. You guys delayed and now after 3 months you are saying it's not within timelines. It's not fair.
