Price match concern

I purchased Jbuds true air icons×2 online for store pickup with protection plan on the 8th. They were $ 20 cheaper 10 days later. I went in to buy an additional pair as well as to get a price adjustment for the previous two. Now it seems this was processed as a return then new purchase. Only problem is that when I look at my account, it's as though the two protection plans were returned but not renewed with new purchase.

Hi there, Shannon,

 

Thank you for providing that information. After taking a look at your account I do see that these headphones were processed as an exchange and a new Geek Squad Protection plan was not added to either set of these headphones.  You can visit your local Best Buy store while within your Return & Exchange Promise to add this plan back on.. As a My Best Buy Elite member that means you have until January 14, 2020, or 30 days from the date you received the product, whichever is greater. Please let me know if you have more questions that I can help with!
