Thank you for providing that information. After taking a look at your account I do see that these headphones were processed as an exchange and a new Geek Squad Protection plan was not added to either set of these headphones. You can visit your local Best Buy store while within your Return & Exchange Promise to add this plan back on.. As a My Best Buy Elite member that means you have until January 14, 2020, or 30 days from the date you received the product, whichever is greater.
