Hello there Best Buy support. I had a quick question and a sort of favor to ask. Recently, I made two separate purchases in store. These purchases consisted of 3 steel books each purchase with a buy 2 get 1 free deal in the mix. However, the steelbooks are now on sale for cheaper and was wondering if I could be refunded/credited the price difference. Keep in mind that both purchases are still within the return window.
Even the products that were part of the bundle are on sale? For example all 3 of the iron man movies were 21.99. Now they’re all 14.99. Couldn’t I get a refund for the difference of the 2 movies since they are all on sale?
Nckhammond is providing correct information. The moderators here will follow the corporate policies in situations like this, which specifies we do not match bundles. If you are seeking an exception to the policy, your local store’s leadership would be best course of action. Since it is an exception that you seek, they are in the best position to decide whether or not to step outside of the published policy and grant you an exception.
