Is it normal for the price of a product in the store to be a differtent price (more expensive) than the price online? I recently purchased an HP printer in the store which I had been looking at on line. I paid $10.00 more at the store than was listed as the price on line. Have others run into this problem?

Welcome to our forums! I’m glad you’ve decided to shop with us when it came time to pick up a new printer, and I hope your new printer is meeting all your printing needs.
In terms of any sort of price differences you may see on BestBuy.com compared to what you find at your local Best Buy store, the store should be able to offer you a price match through our Price Match Guarantee. As long as you’re still within our 15-day return/exchange period, and the item you’re seeing online is identical to the item you’ve purchased, the store should be able to assist you with a price match.
If you have any other questions about our Price Match Guarantee, you’ll want to check out the full terms and conditions here.
Hope this helps,
