Price Match Refund Never Credited to Account

I was supposed to receive a price match credit of approx $220 for order #{removed per forum guidelines} at the end of March. It was to be creditied to my original form of payment (AMEX). That never happened.


I've already been through the details of this transaction on two separate, lenghty live chats, so all of the notes about this should be on my account record. The item (TCL 75" Class 8-Series 4K Mini-LED QLED Dolby Vision HDR Roku Smart TV 75Q825) was purchased for $1869.99 and then advertised for $1649.99 shortly after. The price match refund was already researched, confirmed, and approved by your staff over a month ago.


I tried to do another Live Chat today, and this time I was transferred twice and cut-off by the agent on the third transfer. Although your standard chat response is "don't worry, you won't have to repeat all this..." invariably you do. This is terrible customer service and I'm hoping this post will make it to the proper channels to get the refund you promised.
