Price Match Guarantee verified but not honored

I purchased an item on 11/03/21 because Best Buy was offering a Black Friday Prices Guaranteed for the specific item when I purchased it. After the original purchase date, I saw that the price had dropped so I contacted Best Buy Customer Service via Chat where I was instructed it would be price matched automatically under the Price Match Guarantee and quoted me the price adjustment. 

 

I have noticed that I have not received that guarantee today, so I contacted Best Buy Customer Service via Chat again and seem to be getting told that I do not qualify for a Price Match because the price is not currently lower anymore. I explained my story to two different agents and seem to be getting the declination of the Holiday Guarantee. The added frustration on my part is that I keep getting discounted from the chat which is why I am here in the forums trying to get assistance.

 

I am hoping to get the Price Match Guarantee that the original Best Buy Agent quoted me. If I am mistaken due to a misunderstanding with the original Best Buy Customer Service Agent about the price match guarantee, that chat log for that discussion would be appreciated. Thank you for your assistance in this situation.
