We do our absolute best to make sure that all pre-orders are fulfilled. Sometimes things outside of our control, such as logistical issues, impact our ability to do so, however.
Were you able to get that new order placed? Please let me know if you run into any issues doing that.

I'm glad to hear you got an order in. I hope it isn't stolen as well, but ,if that replacement doesn't arrive as expected, please let us know. We'll see if there's anything we can do to help out.
