Pre order item with rudeness of employee

I did pre order samsung s10+ at san bruno bestbuy. I asked the the lady before and after who accepted my order if i could pick up the phone on march 8(release date) she response with yes. The day comes i haven't recieved any email yet. I call they say wait before the end of the day because they still sorting it out. Around 8pm on march 8 still haven't recieve any email yet. I call the next day they say they will be receiving shipment that day so i will recieve a email that i could pick up my item on that day march 9. And same thing no email. Fast forward today is march 11 i called bestbuy san bruno to check whats the update. A lady answered that i believe that i have spoken before. She immediately answered. "YOUR PHONE IS NOT HERE WAIT FOR YOUR EMAIL. DONT CALL EVERYDAY (then hangs up).

The new Samsung Galaxy S10+ is an amazing model so I can certainly understand why you are eager to get your hands on your pre-order. We know how important this is to you, which is why we are doing everything we can to get all pre-orders fulfilled as quickly as possible, as well as keep customer updated by provided email updates when we have any new info regarding their order.

 

Although we've been working hard to keep customers posted on any new info as it becomes available I can understand how it would still be difficult to wait for updates, especially when it's a product you're so excited about. 

 

If you haven't received any email updates on your order, I recommend checking your Spam/Junk folder as they can get lost there by mistake. You can also track your pre-order for any updates on our website.

 

We know how important this order is to you and will keep you up to speed as soon as we have updates to share.

Thank you for following up with us! Our apologies, as it sounds you placed your pre-order for the Galaxy S10 in store. As such, you wouldn't be able to track this online like other BestBuy.com orders. However, you should still receive email updates for your order. As Jessica mentioned, please keep an eye on your inbox, including any spam or advertising folders, for any updates.
