The new Samsung Galaxy S10+ is an amazing model so I can certainly understand why you are eager to get your hands on your pre-order. We know how important this is to you, which is why we are doing everything we can to get all pre-orders fulfilled as quickly as possible, as well as keep customer updated by provided email updates when we have any new info regarding their order.
Although we've been working hard to keep customers posted on any new info as it becomes available I can understand how it would still be difficult to wait for updates, especially when it's a product you're so excited about.
If you haven't received any email updates on your order, I recommend checking your Spam/Junk folder as they can get lost there by mistake. You can also track your pre-order for any updates on our website.

As such, you wouldn't be able to track this online like other BestBuy.com orders. However, you should still receive email updates for your order. As Jessica mentioned, please keep an eye on your inbox, including any spam or advertising folders, for any updates.
