Poor management

On 12/24/19, I went to 1620 W. Osceola pkwy, Kissimmee Fl, to purchase a television that the internet showed was in stock at this store. A salesperson asked if I needed assistance and I showed them the sku number for the exact tv I wanted. The young lady told me the tv was in stock, but I had to order it online in order to get the sale price. She confirmed the tv was in stock and stated she would have one brought to the front pickup area. She took me to a second employee, who also confirmed the tv was in stock and they said they would go get it from the back room. I ordered the tv on line, it still showed in stock, and selected the pick up in store option. I quickly received confirmation of my order. I wandered the store with my son and ended up buying a sound system as well that we purchased at the electronics register. I then got a text my tv order was ready for pickup. I go to that line and am told the tv is out of stock and will be delivered to my home over a week later, January 6th. I explain the internet shows it in stock and two separate employees verified it's in stock. The cashier asks me to stand by the side so she can assist other customers while an employee goes to the back to look. After waiting a long time, it seemed the cashier forgot about me so I had to get her attention. She said the stock person can only find tvs reserved for other people, not me. I again show her my text message with my order number saying its ready. I get shrugged off so I asked for manager. A make named Jeff arrives and instantly is unpleasant with me, very unfriendly and acted as if I was wasting his time. His demeanor was so poor, I had to ask him twice if he was the manager because I was shocked a manager would act this way. He asked what I wanted and I explained two employees told me a tv was in stock and if I completed the mobile order, I would have the tv shortly yet now I'm being told it's not in stock. Jeff gave a sarcastic laugh and asked what I wanted him to do about it. I had been polite to this point, but his uncaring and very rude attitude shocked me. I explained I could not believe a manager would be so unprofessional. He laughed and said he will just refund my money so I can go. I pointed out I purchased a soundbar today as well and I often visit this store and I see d a lot of money here and I will visit a different store from now on. He again laughed and totally dismissed me. The manager jeff of the Kissimmee florida store behaves horribly and is not deserving of a management position. I will not visit this store again and will probably avoid best buy altogether simply based on my interactions with Jeff.
