Poor experience

So I made the bad decison to revisit a store that displayed poor management back in 2019.  I purchased my last Tv at Costco in 2021 because the experience I had in 2019 was so bad I had no desire to buy a TV again at Best buy..  

 

Last week I stopped by the store in Newport News at 12151 Jefferson Ave.  I must have waited 30 minutes for help. I waited patiently and was next after I rep went out to delever a tv.  On the way back the rep stopped to speak to a kid playing vidoes games.  He was about 50 ft away form me and saw me look at him like dude can I get help now but proceed to speak to the kid. I decided to leave but 1st go seek out a mgr.  That's when I met the manager Nick. I would prefer to save this experince for a support rep in a private conversation
