Poor customer service

I purchased a laptop today in the best buy store, and it was pretty obvious that the sales representative did not want to help me, I really have no experience buying a laptop, the one I chose he didn't give me any information and when I did ask a question which was a clear question, he said i don't know if you're asking me or telling me, I repeated the question in the same way and then began to explain. He didn't help me at all, he barely spoke from the moment he walked up to Mr. I'm used to walking into a store when I'm buying electronics and someone helping me and giving me options. As stated before this man did not do any of that. He barely spoke. I'm considering returning the laptop and purchasing from Samsung directly because this experience was not good at all.
