Poor customer service

I went the Newport News location and was looking for a privacy screen for my iPhone. I find one in the clearance section several and it said $16.99. I get to the register and it was $41.99…The associate came and saw the same thing and told the manager and he stated it was nothing he can do. I thought that was poor customer service being someone employed at the store stocked it in the wrong location. Very misleading.

Customers tend to pick up things in the stores and put them in another location. Unfortunately this falls under the pricing error clause and that it can't be sold for this price.

Understandable however a customer only moved 1 or 2 items this was a fully stocked row and the original location couldn’t be found while walking with the associate.
