We want you to feel both welcome and cared for, but not under oppressive scrutiny. Certainly it is not our goal to make you uncomfortable and I regret that seems to have been your experience.
I haven't been on a retail sales floor in a really long time, but I do remember that when I had repeat visits from a customer, I did everything I could to ensure they were never far from help, but still trying to tread that fine line to avoid being in the way. Have you spoken to a manager regarding your shopping experience at our Heath location?
