Poor Customer Service

I went in to the Best Buy here in Las Vegas to swap my oculus quest 64gb for the 128gb one. I had to wait for someone with the key to open the cabinet where they're stored. I asked an employee and he told me to go to the Microsoft area to find someone with the key there. I waited there in line and no one approached me to ask if I needed anything and I couldn't find any employees willing to help. When I would find one that was standing around they would just run off before I could even ask them about the key. After about 25 minutes of waiting in line at the Microsoft area, the same employee that told me to go get someone with the key was opening the oculus cabinet for someone else that had got there 10 minutes after I did. The employee didn't even bother to let me know even though I was only a few feet away from them. He locked the cabinet back up and I came towards him asking him if he could get the oculus for me and he had to reopen it and grab one for me.
