This is a LONG time coming, you mohegan lake store has some of the worst customer service in your company. It has happened on my last 2 visits to this store. The first incident happened around the 12th of january, i had bought ring products (1 spotlight camera, 3 indoor outdoor stick up cams and a ring door bell) for my mother in law after recent break in issues where we live. after a couple days the first stick up camera died and i returned it and purchased a door bell. on the 19th the second stick up camera died and i went to the store to just swap it out. when i got there the young gentleman stated that the had 5 in stock and he will be right back after i could not find any on the sales floor. So after about 30 - 45 minutes he came back and said his manager said they had none. when i asked to speak with him a gentleman named Vincent who stated he was the manager came up and said that they had none and he would have to order them when i said what happened to the 5. he stated that they probably just made a mistake in receiving. he than stated that he could order it and it would take about a week to receive. i told him that this cameras were for safety around my house and that at that point i was working late nights. He than stated "what does have to do with me." i than stated that i will just take my camera and will be back with all my cameras to retuen them. as i walked out he yelled now wait a minute and i jsut left and returned all my cameras as i did not want this store to have my money. i than went to the store in palisades mall in nyack, ny almost an hr away and spent almost $800 on new cameras.
Today i went back to the store with an issue with the screen protector on my wifes phone, when i got there a gentleman named bill or will came over to help me and i told him what the issue was, he than went and grabbed a screen protector, when he scanned it stated that when i purchased the screen, i stated i dont remember it should be on my wifes account, he than with a slight attitude stated he needed a date, i stated that i dont rememebr as this was another replacement of the screen protector as we have been through so many in a year. he than said it shows up as a return and that he has to find a sale. finally a manager came over and said that he had graabbed the wrong one and than said it was more money after some back and forth i paid the price difference. he than asked with an attitude if i wanted it put on, i stated yes as that is what they have always done he than, said with another attitude to take to case off i did than walked away. when he was done i asked about the price diffence, he than called the manageer back up and i talked with him and got no where and left.
This store is probably one of the worst stores i have been to, they never have anything in stock and have attitudes with customers, i have given this store multiple attempts and i have been disappointed everytime. if i go to this store it will be for small purchases, all of my large purchases will now go to other best buys or may antother retailer.
