I ordered a Pixel XL3 in White per the recomendation from the sales person at the Best Buy Store. The sales person (1) did not mention any delay and (2) when I asked when it would arrive they said 3-7 days is the usual with at most 2 weeks. I am an elite member of Best Buy and am incredibly dissapointed that it has been over two weeks with NO communication from regarding my purchase. When I called customer Service to inqure about it they said they have no idea when the phone would arrive or if it would. WHAT HORRIBLE SERIVCE are you all running there? To sell a product that you have no idea when or if you will have it??!? It has been over two weeks with no additional informaiton. The dissapointing part is the lack of communication or business practice of being hosnest with your customers - especially an Elite member. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I'm sure you're eager to get your hands on the one you ordered, and have been pretty upset to encounter a delay. Please know that orders will be fulfilled as inventory allows, which as the associates mentioned usually isn't more than a couple weeks.
