Once the product is set aside and you receive a "Ready for Pickup" email, you'd have 5 days to pick up the item before the order is automatically cancelled. The way I see it, you have two options. First, you can wait until you are within that 5-day period and place your order then. Second, you can place your order now, and then contact the store to see if they are able to extend your pickup date.
