I recently bought a camera at a brownsville, tx store, and it's was supossed to be arrived almost 2 weeks ago. The order status says is "in progress" and that doesn't tell me anything useful. When i ask what is going on, or when it will arrive they simply dont tell me anything! I really need help with that, I need the product I bought. I don't wanna wait a month to see if you gonna deliver it or not, that's ridiculous. Thanks for your atention.

I'm sure if you're anything like me you're anxiously awaiting for your item to arrive. While delays aren't all that common, they can come up from time to time depending on a few different variables. Once I have that, I'll be able to see what the delay may be.
