Phone issues at stores

I  have been trying to two days  on and off first time on phone for 20 mins..No one picked up line.. 2nd time same thing tried different x's of the day.....terrible CS. Want to purchase a cell phone, but cannot get thru to any store near me. Anyone have any ideas on how to get thru to talk to a human being.. Terrible SERVICE!!

Thier phone system does not nessicarily go to the store your even think your calling, but a hub. The best way is to go into the store and talk to them.

Thank you for your note.. I finally did get a gentleman yesterday evening. He was Very helpful and knew what I needed so I cannot say enough about him. If I did not live 45 mins away from BB, I would be visiting a store,but it just seems easier to just answer my question on the phone.
