Paid for not my mistake!!

In 2018 i bought a Vornado tower with 2 years protect plan.

In 2019 i bought a Vornado for whole room with 2 years plan protection.

In 2019 i sold the Vornado tower and i went to Best buy at 14 union square in Manhattan to cancel the 2 years protection plan.

Unfortunately the emplooye canceled the 2 years protection plan for the Vornado for whole room and i did not notice that until this years when i went to Best buy because the Vornado for whole room went broken and an employee said me i have the 2 years protection plan for the Vornado tower (that i had sold).

The employee called the manager and he said that he could not to do nothing and asked me if i wanted to cancel the 2 years protection plan for the Vornado tower.

I said yes and he did not asked me if i wanted the refond for the plan!!!

I have had to ask him to give me my money!!!

I think that i was not treated in a correct way considering that was not a my fault but yours!!!!

Welcome to the forum, though I wish you had found us under better circumstances. Having Geek Squad Protection (GSP) on your devices is a great way to protect you from costly repairs or replacements. I understand that you sold one of your Vornado fans though, and intended to cancel the associated GSP. While this is typically a simple process, it certainly seems to have gone awry as the GSP for another Vornado fan you had was cancelled instead.
