Yes - I have resorted to a 1999 style message board to get an answer to my question.
Best Buy Windsor - went in person to make a payment on credit card however the payment was made on an OLD credit card.
Desjardins said Best Buy needs to fix it, however, the store and EVERYONE I speak to have no idea.
Please advise how the money can be applied to the correct card.

I try to keep pretty good track of my accounts and how the charges and payments are applied, so I think I understand how disconcerting it would be to have a payment directed to the wrong account.
