Well not for free, but whatever they paid for the game Yes, it's a serious issue, and IMO the best thing to do is to let the store manager at the store that shipped it know. They might want to figure out where they shipped it and get it back, and it will be in their best interest to find out how it happened and "make sure it doesn't happen again".
