Best Buy Store Purchase

I had ordered a a Samsung Galaxy s20 last week and took about 2 days. I open up the first package. Had the otter box and screen protector. I open the 2nd one and to my disbelief I see a ps4 game and not my s20 ultra 5g. I was livid and headed up to Lancaster bestbuy. Thank God staff was cool. They were shocked and embarrassed that something like that was sent to me. The best buy that shipped it was in york pa. 15 minutes from Lancaster store. I've been looking for a complaint area to write. That's a huge screw up and and could've cost me lots of money. Even though it was taken care of, someone out there now has a new s20 ultra for free. The

Well not for free, but whatever they paid for the game Yes, it's a serious issue, and IMO the best thing to do is to let the store manager at the store that shipped it know. They might want to figure out where they shipped it and get it back, and it will be in their best interest to find out how it happened and "make sure it doesn't happen again".
