On April 6th, I went into the Best Buy on Jonesboro Road in Jonesboro, GA. I was upset as I purchased a faulty Morotola phone. The original purchase was in November 2019 and I no longer had my receipt.
A wonderful genteleman, by the name of Corey assited me. He worked and worked on my phone and had zero success with restoring to it's prior condition.
He helped me pick out a new phone, switched my SIMS card and even researched the Customer Service contoact number for Motorola.Also, he research in the Best Buy system and was able to print out a copy of my origina receipt. He went above any expectations I had! Corey is a shining example of what Excellent Customer Service represents!
