Like you, I am a collector and when I purchase a product to add to a collection, I also have the expectation that my item will be as free of defects as possible. Certainly I am disappointed when they are less than perfect, and I regret that this has been the case with your recent purchase.

 

As mentioned above by some of our other community members, your available options for this concern would be to return the product for a refund or keep the product. If needed, you may find additional information by visiting our Return & Exchange Promise page.

 

Additionally, it's my understanding from your initial message that you were offered and accepted an accommodation from a store manager for the condition of these products in the form of a gift card. As such, we would not be able to offer any additional accommodation.

 

I'm sorry to hear that this experience may influence your choice of Best Buy as a future shopping destination. It is my hope that you will give us a new opportunity one day soon to renew your faith in us.

Appreciate the response but just so you guys know, this has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had and will no longer do business with you in the future. All my future preoders are now canceled. Hopefully you'll be able to help other people down the road more than you've helped me, which is not at all...you guys suck
