Order stuck in progress

I ordered a phone in store on 3/2 and have yet to receive any updates. The tracker still shows in progress. It's been almost two weeks and not a word from Best Buy. I tried calling the store and they will not answer my call. So frustrating.

I'm in the same position as you are. I know it was a preorder but the phone came out on the 8th. So you would think they have received the phones by now.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for the post! I know delays are no fun. That's especially the case when it's something as exciting as a new phone.

The phone I ordered was already released but they didn't have any in stock at the store I ordered it from. There's a couple stores within 30 miles that do have the phone in stock so I'm not sure why it's taking so long for an update.

I hope you hear back from someone soon regarding your order.

For anyone interested in what Best Buy has to say, their response is below. Basically, they have no updates at all regarding my situation.
