Order shipping nightmare

I purchased a laptop on January 8th. When I got home I realized it was the wrong one so I went back to the store and tried to get the laptop that I wanted, but It wasn't in stock, so I went to customer service and they helped me make the order for the laptop that I wanted. Customer service ended up crediting the laptop I bought towards the new one and then they were going to ship it to my house. Before the transaction was over the best buy customer service employee asked me if the address on file was the right one and I said no, so I gave the customer service employee my new address and I told him please make sure its correct. I've had bad experiences with orders going to my house. The customer service employee assured me he typed the address in correctly and let me check it as well and it all looked good so he places the order and it says it will arrive in January 17th. On January 9th I went on vacation till January 15 and when I got back I decided to check my order status and I noticed the address was never changed and it was being sent to my old address. I called best buy customer support and they told me they were going to do an intercept on the package and I'd know in 48 hours if the intercept was successful. 48 hours go by and no email. Today is January 18th (package was delayed a day) and the order is out for deliver at the old address. I called best buy and asked for a refund and for the order to be taken off of my account and they told me they couldn't do anything about it till the packaged was delivered. So now I have no laptop for school and don't know what's going to happen, so please if anyone is thinking about shipping something to their house don't do it cause of best buy messes up the shipping address you're F*****.
