Please refer to the email sent on January 12, 2023, below that I still have not received an answer.

 

Unfortunately, I could not attach the images that were in the original email. I have them available and will provide them upon request.

 

I'm sending the following message to the same previous email, s-000462-leaders@bestbuy.com,  I sent the original email.

 

Good morning,

I have not yet received an answer to the email below.

Please have it responded to by 01/20/2023 or I will place a hold on my credit card until a proper answer is received.

Good afternoon,

 

after multiple calls, since early today, to the store and corporate office some good soul gave me this email address to resolve a pricing issue with the store leadership.

 

Yesterday afternoon I placed an online order for a camera for $1,359.99 before taxes—receipt attached.

 

When picking up such a camera we saw that you had a second one available that we also purchased. Receipt attached.

 

We were so excited to be able to buy the two cameras that we wanted that we did not notice that the second one was for $1,087.99 before taxes.

 

When back home in Orlando we saw the price difference.

 

Both cameras are exactly the same. Two are open boxes in excellent condition, with an open box tag print date of 06/05/2022. Same SKU. Pictures below.

 

I would not be complaining and asking for the price difference price match if all, including the pick-up day and time, were not exactly the same.

 

Someone at the store should have warned us about the price difference so that this issue could have been addressed while we were at the store.

The second round of arguments. Best Buy has not understood my full opinion since I could not send pictures of receipts and box tags. I have translated all such information into writing and sent it again for their review. Already been over 48 hours and I still do not have an answer.

Please provide it ASAP.
