Order picked up by someone else

Hi, I really feel bad, I purchased online for a Surface laptop on Oct 26, for in store pick up on 4807 Concord Pike wilmington DE 19803, but on Oct 29th, I received a email saying that the computer was picked up by someone, then i called the 888 bestbuy, I ran to the store, I even disput the charge on my bestbuy credit card, for 4 monthes, it was still here, the charges, was still there, is there anyone who can help?  I am really tired.....

Thank you for taking the time to stop by our community forums. I use store pickup quite a bit so I can imagine your concern and surprise to get a notification that this order was picked up. I would be glad to help you explore what options we may have to help.

 

Can you please provide some additional details about what has been going on the last several months? When was the last time you were in contact with us? Was your local store able to provide any additional details when you visited? Any additional information would be very helpful.

Hi, Andrew, My name is Qin {removed per forum guidelines}, I have placed an order for a pickup on Oct. 26th and it was picked up on Oct. 29th by someone else. In the last several months I have contacted best buy many times. The first time was to report that I was not the one who picked it up. The second time I called they had told us to go down to the store and there the manager told us to make a dispute and that they will file an investigation and search the cameras etc. They only told me that I would get a mail in like 6 weeks. When I didn't get a mail after 6 weeks has passed I called in and asked how the investigation was going and they told me it would take 8 weeks. After that I called in again and they told me to mail in documents from the purchase, a week or two later they told me they couldn't dispute the charge, because the store manager never replied to their request, then I called bestbuy again several times, they hanged up on me everytime after i told them what happened, they never explained why or how, or show me the video clips of who was the one at the time of taking the computer, The last time I was in contact with BestBuy was yesterday Feb. 22nd. and it was holding and hanging up at the end too. My order Number was {removed per forum guidelines}, Thanks Andrew.
