Order not showing up

I went to a Best Buy store on Thursday Dec. 27 to buy a monitor for computer they were out of stock so I ordered it to be shipped to my house. The lady said it would appear online in my orders but has not seem to show up note I did not have an account at the time I paid.
Could this be why my order is not showing up?
If anyone can help please let me know.

Delayed Order

So I ordered a Acer Predator 27” Monitor in store to be shipped to my house on December 27, 2018 the order got here on Jan 2 but it was defective so I brought back into Best Buy for a replacement and again to be shipped to my house.
Now it is saying that the order is delayed and will arrive by Feb. that is too long and completely unacceptable as I paid $500 for a working monitor.
If I someone can insight me on this as to why it would take so long please let me know this is absurd
