Order missing- Toshiba - 32" Class LED HD Smart FireTV

I ordered a Toshiba - 32" Class LED HD Smart FireTV and my order was canceled. I then decided to place a phone call and re-order the same Toshiba - 32" Class LED HD Smart FireTV.


The order was completed by an agent via phone and I was expecting to receive a confirmation email of my order and in-store pick-up instructions BUT DID NOT GET ANY INFORMATION.


I have been calling Best Buy and chatting but everyone cannot find my order. The order shows up as a past purchase in my account and I am surprised that BEST BUY itself cannot see the order.  I have a receipt on my account of a store I have never visited and also learned it is a warehouse. When will my product be shipped to me?

After your first order was cancelled, I can certainly understand you being concerned that this second order is not able to be seen by us for some reason. I would love to get to the bottom of this.
