Hi Best Buy Support,
I placed an order last week that was ready for pickup on Sunday. I then got e-mail notification the same day that it has been picked up, but I never picked it up yet since I was still out of town. I spoke with customer support over the phone and was advised to go to the store to check on it. After coming back to town yesterday I immediately went to the store to attempt for pickup and they did not have my item. I spoke to the manager soon after about my issue and was told that it will be looked into today.
I still have not heard back from the manager and I'm very worried since it is a big purchase that I still have not received yet. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
