Order is still in progress.

I ordered the Oculus Quest in store since it was sold out. I was told it would arrive February 26th. It still says in progress and being prepared for pick up today. It’s been like that for a few hours. I feel like it should of been completed by now but when I call the automated system can’t find my order even with my order number. Am I going to get it today or did they lose my order in the store?

Let’s see if we can track down that Oculus Quest purchase, shall we?  If your estimated arrival date has already passed, and you’ve still not received your order, I can certainly understand your disappointment, and I’ll be happy to see what we can do to get you the information you’re looking for.

 

For me to begin my research, I’ll ask that you send me a private message with the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number
