I have been having this weird issue. Picked up a Mac a couple of weeks ago. A couple of days ago, I received a notification on my phone that I was charged for the Mac again. I tried to dig in and looked like I was already refunded for my previous charge and then charged again. I went on to my BestBuy account to see what was going on. Turns out my order had smh been canceled already although I already have the Mac. I don't have any order receipt or any of the free Apple subscriptions attached to my email.
I went to the store to tell them what was going on. He tried to tie the purchase to my account but the purchase itself threw a canceled message for him. He could not do anything with the order and he told me I can't even technically return the Mac at that point, nor do I have any warranty since the serial number has not been connected to me. He suggested I call the corporate and gave me the number. After 2+ hours on the call with someone in the support, they just could not figure out what to do with it either. The order looks canceled in all their system. I was just asking them to tie the purchase to my account and provide me the receipt or some kind of proof of purchase and all free apple subscriptions that I have not received yet. After almost 2 hrs of trying, she just suggested I dispute the charge through my credit card since there is nothing she can do.
It's ridiculous that I am having to waste my time for someone else's mistake. I went to the store, I called them, I went on Reddit and figured I'd make one last try here before I just dispute the charge. I think that's fair. Is anyone able to help me?
All I need is my order receipt, the purchase tied to my account, and all the apple free subscriptions.

Hey..How did you get this resolved? I have the same issue. The only difference is they refunded me but charged me again. However, I don't have the purchase tied to my account or don't have any receipt or warranty or the serial numbers attached to my purchase.

Thanks for posting this to our forum, and for sending me the private message I had previously requested with your information. This does not sound like an experience you should have had with us. I will be responding to the private message you sent me, and hopefully we can get to the bottom of this.
