I am an Elite Member with the highest respect towards the Best Buy organization and it's employees, but as an incapacitated individual, losing 80% mobilization of the left arm, it is hard for me to do without a Washing Machine. I have been giving several answers but none of them tell me when the washer will be in Puerto Rico. I have been patient and I could of purchased from someone who has it in stock, but I like doing business with Best Buy, but I am a little dissatisfied with my order and order handling this time around.

I'm sorry to hear about the delay in your washer. I can understand how frustrating it must be to not have a working unit in the home, especially when experiencing mobility issues as well.
