Open box washer and dryer dented and destroyed upon delivery

I purchased an open box washer and dryer from best buy on April 28th. The washer and dryer were in great condition and the sticker even said excellent condition so I purchased the appliances and paid for the delivery and installation. On may 9th the appliances were delivered and before the driver, Adrian, who was rude and very unhelpful, brought the appliances inside he asked me to check them out. When i went outside to check them the washer had a huge dent in it and the dryer was so dented it was not even able to be used and the driver even knew this because he said that he could not even install it looking like this. I kept the washer because it worked and obviously i needed a washer. So the driver said to go to the store and pick out another open box dryer to replace that one but when i get to the store they told me they couldn’t do nothing till the dryer was checked back in but the driver said i could do it the same day. So i went back the next day and the lady who was also very rude and inconsiderate told me she could not give me a dryer at the same price and i try to tell her it was not my fault the dryer was messed up but she said it wasnt theirs either it was the third party delivery business. I called the customer service line and they said I could get a price match so i brought this up to the rude lady and she said she couldn’t do it because it was to much money so she proceeds to charge me another $180 which i did not have, which is why I purchased open box to save money. Later on i called the customer service line and the guy offered a gift card which i said would be okay but i need the money back that was the difference between the new dryer i had to buy from the open box one that was destroyed by the delivery team. At the end of my 2 hour phone call i got to talk to a supervisor who by the end of the call was pretty much calling me stupid and saying she couldn’t help me when she was supposedly the boss and she ended up hanging up on me and didnt even receive anything compensation. I normally do not complain and dont do stuff like this but this situation has been handled very wrong and im going to let everyone i know know what has happened and if anyone is reading this to figure out if they should buy from best buy or if they should buy open box i would not recommend it.
