I purchased an open-box item in the store on Sunday. It matched the price I saw online. One day later the price has dropped. Can I go to the store for an adjustment, or do I need to just return the item.

Per the terms and conditions of our Price Match Guarantee, it states we do not price match open-box items, only new ones. Because open-box prices change from the time they are returned and by store, we cannot provide a price match. I hope this helps clarify this situation. I appreciate your time and patience.

Another question before I make my return. The employee that completed the sale told me me that since this item was already opened I would not be charged a restocking fee. Is this correct?
