I purchased a Lg Washtower on Wednesday March 2nd and picked it up from the Covington Louisiana store on Saturday March 5th. It was stated it was open box excellect condition. Drove an hour to pick it up and were told we will bring it out to you. Never got a chance to look it over since they had it bubble wrapped up. Got it home and and when to install it only to find it was missing cirtical parts. The dryer was filled with lint, the washer was leaking water and drum was not even connected to the back and completely out of place. This Washtower should never have been sold as Excellent condition. We shouldn't have to put out more money to fix something that was suppose to be in excellent condition. It obviously was returned and never tested. Called customer service and got no where since you can't actually call the store and talk to them.
