Open box Samsung frame damaged

I purchased a Samsung frame open box item from the Westminster CA store 2 months ago to the day. I purchased this item and left it at the store for a day before I could come back and pick it up. The store said they would store it for me and wrap it up good so it wouldn’t get damaged.

I came back the next day and it was out in front near the .com order pick up desk. The staff loaded it in my car and I drove it to my new house and placed it in the empty garage. The tv has not been touched till tonight and I mounted it and got it all ready. I turned it on and boom the screen had its led crystals shattered in a little spot on the right.

I own the service plan and I Called they said it doesn’t cover it. I’m a bit lost as I have not touched the tv and the only way it could have been damaged was during the time it was at the store. The only two times I moved it was from my car to the garage 3ft places in a blanket and set to the side and moving it from the garage to the room 8ft.

It seems like it’s a bit strange and I could use some help on how to be able to get this replaced or credited to buy a new one.

In order for us to begin, can you let me know if you had the chance to speak to a store manager when you spoken with them about this?

I got it handled by the store. They were awesome. Thanks for the reply
