I recently purchased an open box Vizio TV (Model P65-F1) that was listed in "Excellent" condition. After driving back home and attempting to set it all up I discovered that the only thing missing were the screws required to attach the TV's supporting legs. It's currently laid down on the floor atop of the packaging it came in with no way to place to actually keep upright and stable. It looks to be perfect otherwise (still need to test it, though that's a bit tough in the correct position it's in), and I was wondering if it is possible to get the needed screws without me needing to drive a state over where the only Best Buy with this TV in stock is located, haha.
I appreciate any help I can get with this issue. :]

Welcome back to the Best Buy forum and thank you for taking the time to reach out regarding this situation. We certainly don’t like to hear that your open-box Vizio TV was missing the screws you need to attach the feet. I’d be glad to speak to you more about this and what options may be available.
As for your questions about having us send you the screws for the TV, it is my understanding that we don’t have a way to send screws to you, but I do want to speak about another possible option before you head in to a Best Buy store about an exchange.
